So how do you manage the balancing act between the real and virtual worlds, how does AI support and enrich the emerging processes?

Under the moderation of Prof Jochen Dickel from FHM, two experts will present insights into current developments. Prof. Dr Emily Engelhardt from Munich University of Applied Sciences will talk about the ethical and methodological challenges of using AI in consulting. The focus will be on the responsibility of AI systems and ensuring transparency.
Jennifer Burghardt from the Institute for E-Counselling at Nuremberg Institute of Technology presents the KIA project, an AI assistance system to support psychosocial counselling. She will show how AI can support professionals in reflecting on and analysing counselling processes.
The event is organised by the FHM KI.Zukunftswerkstatt, which deals with the effects of current AI developments on various professional fields.
