Gloves 3D printed

Innovativ and biological degradable Gloves from 3D-Printer

Denkendorf, September, 06th, 2024. Modern materials which will be manufactured via additive assembly guided more and more to new Innovation. Functional texile for Working, leisure or Sport to protect or supporting several daly circumstances. And also they was up now a part of oilbasicly Polymere, Nitrilkautschuk or Latex implemented. From now, Developers from Deutschen Instituts für Textil- und Faserforschung Denkendorf (DITF) panned out it to win an new modern and environmentalfriendly material called Linging. With Linging and a 3D-Printer, developers produced a prototyp of robust and flexible coating material, and so produced a Glove from 3D-printer.

The developers are researched after Materials, which resistant a Daily under stress through wear. A Kind of Working by Garden, Working or Sport. Particle of dust should be degradable possibility biologie. A Target of this Development project was, an accepted protective equipment inegration to make better and also sustainable.
Lignin is a Biopolymer and thereby natural Part of Plantcells. It is a secondayr product from manufacturing of paper industrie. From this containing-lignin Biopolymercompounds will thermoplastic Materials product, which one itselfs to process in 3D-Printing.

The Properies are very similar to the conventional oilbased Polymers. But they are basicly on hydrophob Properties, hat means, in Water not solvent and built slowly quarry biology. In two properties which made for this new developed Applications. Particularity of this Gloves it is, producing through an 3D-Printer, that makes it possible precise and efficiently manufacturing. Usually, it is a more that comes in kind of this 3D-Printing an individual Designing of products, ht makes this producing more adapting for individual neededs.
The needed for this product makes it thereby a one more in ecomomics of circle. An innovation of products, made from Garbadge.

All Standards of protection are fulfilled and is delivery hes own part of sustainability in the World of Working.
This development project is government-funded through ministry for rural rooms and consumer protection (Ministerium für ländlichen Raum und Verbraucherschutz) of Baden-Wuerttemberg as a part of Bioeconomical Innovations- and Investprogramm for rural rooms „BIPL BW“ – Innovation (Förderkennzeichen BWIN220081).
